Target Audience
This educational activity is intended for an interprofessional audience of healthcare providers, including psychologists, social workers, counselors, MFT's, nurses, medical doctors, and dietitians.
Event Learning Objectives
- Identify evidence-based strategies to reduce clinician burnout and promote resilience.
- Apply whole-person, body–mind–spirit frameworks in daily practice without increasing visit burden.
- Demonstrate effective communication and transparency strategies to rebuild trust in medicine and strengthen shared decision-making.
- Evaluate ethical and organizational challenges and formulate faith-aligned, compassionate healthcare responses.
- Integrate leadership, hospitality, and culture-building practices into healthcare teams and organizations to sustain mission-driven care.
Policies
Reclaim Healthcare Summit Policy
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed upon payment.
- All registrations are non-refundable.
- Registration may be transferred to another attendee up to 48 hours prior to the event.

2. Health & Safety Policy
- Attendees are expected to follow health and safety guidelines as communicated by the venue or governing health authorities at the time of the event.
- If you are experiencing signs of illness, please refrain from attending. Transfer requests may still be made within the designated time period.
3. Photography & Media Release
- Attendance at the Summit grants Bella Health + Wellness permission to photograph, record, or video you during event activities.
- These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
- If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify the event registration desk upon arrival.
4. Continuing Education Policy
- CME approval is pending for this conference and is not guaranteed.
- If CME is approved, credit will be awarded based on full attendance at approved CME/CE sessions.
- Certificates will be available through CE-Go after the event based on verifiable attendance records.
- Partial attendance does not qualify for credit.
5. Code of Conduct
- The Reclaim Healthcare Summit is a space for learning, reflection, and professional development rooted in Christian values and respect for the dignity of all persons.
- Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or actions contrary to the values of Bella Health + Wellness may result in removal without refund.
6. Dietary Accommodations
- We request that all dietary needs and allergies be indicated during registration.
- While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Retreat Environment Expectations
- This Summit blends professional learning with time for spiritual reflection and renewal.
- Attendees are encouraged to come with an open heart and respect designated spaces for quiet reflection, prayer, and worship.
8. Exhibitor & Sponsor Policy (If Applicable)
- All exhibitors and sponsors must align with Bella Health + Wellness’ mission and values.
- Materials intended for distribution must receive prior approval.
- Direct sales of medical or consumer products onsite without approval are prohibited.
9. Event Cancellation
- If the event is canceled by the organizers, full refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.
- Bella Health + Wellness is not responsible for travel or lodging expenses related to event cancellations.
10. No-Show Policy
- Registrants who fail to attend and have not requested a transfer in advance forfeit their registration fees.
